If you are either denied services or are dissatisfied with the services provided by Lakeshore Legal Aid you have the right to speak to a supervisor or to file a formal complaint. Lakeshore Legal Aid (Lakeshore) shall provide the public access to the Legal Services Corporation (LSC) Act, rules, regulations and guidelines, Lakeshore’s written policies, procedures, and guidelines, and the names and addresses of the members of its governing body upon request via electronic mail to info@lakeshorelegalaid.org.
