Who Should Attend?
Individuals with low incomes and circumstances related to a family law issue such as Personal Protection Order (PPO), divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, minor guardianship issue, etc., and who are also:
- U.S. Citizens or eligible non-citizens, and
- In need legal services in Wayne County or live in Wayne County, and
- Not already represented by an attorney.
What Should You Bring?
Print and complete intake forms to bring to the clinic: Clinic Intake Form
Bring all case/court relevant documents to the clinic.
If you have a court deadline prior to the next clinic date, you should call (888) 783-8190.
What if the Clinic is Full?
Clients are served on a first-come first-serve basis until the clinic is full starting at 9:00 am and 12:00 pm.
All are encouraged to make an appointment in advance by calling our Southwest Detroit office at (313) 246-0822.
